About the Role
We are seeking a technically capable and solutions-focused Systems Integration & Data Solutions Developer to join our collaborative delivery team.
This role works across legacy and modern cloud environments to analyse business needs, integrate systems, migrate and transform data, and build scalable solutions within Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to design and develop integrations, ETLs, APIs, and automated workflows that improve system performance and data reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building system integrations and APIs
- Migrating and transforming data between platforms
- Balancing data migrations
- Working with SQL Server databases and data structures
- Developing solutions using SQL & C# and other modern technologies
- Building and improving Azure-based cloud solutions
- Automating processes and improving system efficiency
- Collaborating with internal teams and external clients
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL and database experience (SQL Server)
- Experience with data migration and data manipulation
- Development experience (C#, .NET, VBA or similar)
- Experience working with Web APIs and JSON
- Understanding of SaaS platforms and integrations
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Participate in collaborative design discussions and solution reviews.
- Provide technical guidance in accessible, non-technical language.
Nice to Have
- Azure automation or integration experience
- ETL or data pipeline development
- Experience working in client-facing delivery environments
- Experience with financial data
- Project Management skills
